Open your Wafraa store in 5 minutes

What is Wafraa?

Wafraa is Kinexa's online store builder for small businesses — catalog, checkout, payment instructions, shipping rates, WhatsApp notifications, and an AI chat assistant, with no marketplace commission.

Go to wafraa.id and click Sign in. Wafraa uses your Kinexa account (the same login as Liqaa, Nidaa, and Mitra). New here? Register at auth.kinexa.id/register and verify your email.

Step 2: Create the store

On first login the panel asks for your store name and currency. The name becomes your store address: your-store.wafraa.id. You can add a custom domain later (see *Store & Domain*).

Step 3: Add a product

Panel → Products → + Product. Fill in name, price, stock, and weight (grams — used for shipping rates). Status Active makes it visible in the storefront.

Step 4: Set how buyers pay

Panel → Settings → Payment. Enable at least one method (bank transfer is the simplest: enter your bank name, account number, and account holder).

Step 5: Open your storefront

Visit https://your-store.wafraa.id — the product is live. Share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram, or your business card.
