Managing orders and statuses

Order lifecycle

| Status | Meaning |

|---|---|

| Pending payment | Order placed; waiting for the buyer's payment. |

| Paid | You confirmed the money arrived (or Weselaja confirmed it). Stock is deducted. |

| Shipped | Parcel handed to the courier; tracking number saved. |

| Completed | Delivered / done. |

| Cancelled | Cancelled by you (stock restored if it was deducted). |

Where to manage

Orders in the panel lists every order with buyer name, phone, total, and status. Filter by status using the tabs. Click an order for items, address, payment method, and the action buttons.

What the buyer receives

• Order received (email + WhatsApp if connected) with payment instructions.
• Payment confirmed.
• Shipped, with tracking number.

Buyers can also track an order at your-store.wafraa.id/orders/<code> using their phone number.

Merchant notifications

Every new order is emailed to the address in Settings → Notifications, and sent to your WhatsApp device if connected.

Analytics

Analytics shows revenue, order count, average order value, top products, and daily trend.
