Products, variants, categories, and collections
Products
Products in the panel is your catalog. Each product has a name, description, image, price, stock, SKU, weight, and a status (*Active*, *Draft*, *Archived*). Only *Active* products appear in the storefront.
Variants
Click a product → Options to define option types (e.g. Size: S/M/L, Color: Red/Blue). Wafraa generates a variant for each combination, each with its own price, stock, and SKU. Use Bulk variants to fill many at once. Stock is tracked per variant.
Product type
- Physical — needs shipping; weight is required for rates.
- Service / Digital — checkout skips the shipping step.
Categories
Categories group products for the storefront menu and search. A product belongs to one category.
Collections
Collections are curated showcases (e.g. "Ramadan picks", "Best sellers") shown on the storefront home. A product can be in many collections.
Import
Import accepts a CSV of products (name, price, stock, sku, weight, category). Download the template from the import page, fill it, upload. Existing SKUs are updated, new ones are created.
Stock
Adjust stock from the product page or Inventory → per variant. Orders reduce stock when they are marked Paid.
