Shipping origin and courier rates

How shipping works

Wafraa quotes courier rates (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, and others) based on your shipping origin, the buyer's destination, and the total weight of the items.

Set the shipping origin

Settings → Shipping origin: search your area (district/sub-district), choose it, and save. Without an origin, checkout hides the shipping step and orders are created without shipping cost.

Weight matters

Each physical product needs a weight in grams. Rates are calculated on the sum of item weights (minimum 1 kg for most couriers).

What the buyer sees

At checkout the buyer picks a destination area, then a courier and service (Regular / Express). The chosen rate is added to the order total.

Tracking

After you ship, open the order and enter the tracking number, then mark it Shipped. The buyer gets the tracking number by email/WhatsApp.

Notes

• Rates are indicative from the courier network; the final cost when you drop the parcel may differ slightly.
• Instant couriers (GoSend/Grab) are not available yet.
• Service and digital products skip shipping entirely.
